Shipping & Returns Policy
- Customers may return a faulty or damaged item for a full refund within 20 days of receiving your original order.
- LVL Hair will inspect the product upon return and we reserve the right to reject a refund claim if the product is showing signs of use.
- Where possible, returned items should include the original packaging.
- LVL Hair will not cover any shipping costs required to return the product to us, this must be provided entirely buy the customer.
- LVL Hair will not provide a refund if the product is not received. We advise you obtain proof of postage and/or tracking information to safeguard this.
- Our return address will be located on the back of the postage bag you receive.
- LVL Hair will refund the purchase price less shipping costs for faulty items.
- LVL Hair do not offer refunds on the basis of product dissatisfaction and due to hygiene reasons, are unable to accept returns.
- LVL Hair provides a 12 month warranty period on all Hair Straightener Brushes.
- The warranty covers any manufacturers defects.
- The warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions caused by abuse, misuse or by any fault of the user.
- The warranty terms are at the full discretion of LVL Hair.
- LVL Hair reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for warranty.
Results from the LVL Hair Straightening Brush are not guaranteed by LVL Hair and results will differ between different hair lengths and thicknesses. Please refer to our How to Brush page to ensure you are using the product correctly.
Taxes, Duties and/or VAT
There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by LVL Hair. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
